The contest has attracted six runners, with the Henderson and Nicholls representatives ahead on ratings.
Elenika is having his first start for Nicholls having finished second in a Listed Chase at Auteuil on his last start.
Rajdhani Express has run three times for Henderson, but is yet to recapture his French form, which included a second in a Grade 3 hurdle at Enghien. The five-year-old is having his first start over fences in Britain, and Henderson said: "He had useful form in France in 2010 but then had quite a tough time of it as a four-year-old and Robert [Waley-Cohen, owner] initially considered putting him away to wait for a chasing campaign.
"However the horse looked so well we decided to give him a few runs over hurdles but although he worked very nicely it didn't happen as anticipated on the racecourse. He has undergone a small operation to improve his wind."
Away from Huntingdon, the likes of Eddie Ahern and Kirsty Milczarek will try their hands at being jump jockeys in the inaugural Flat jockeys' handicap hurdle at Lingfield. Nine Flat jockeys are set to line up for the race over 2m, and there is also jumps action at Sedgefield.
Huntingdon: soft
Lingfield: soft, heavy in places. Standard on all-weather
Sedgefield: good to soft, good in places (chase). Good, good to soft in places (hurdles)
