Punters feeling faultless at Newbury on Thursday

SOME big names are in action at Newbury on Thursday with a Grade 2 novice chase and a Listed handicap hurdle attracting good fields but all the early money has been for Faultless Feelings in the 2m5f handicap hurdle at 1.30.

Formerly with Philip Hobbs, Faultless Feelings makes his debut for Martin Keighley and punters expect it to be a winning one with Coral now as short as 9-2 (from 14-1).

Over at Uttoxeter, Marleno is proving popular in the 2m handicap hurdle at 1.55, as he chases a first win since 2010.

Trained by Anthony Middleton, Marleno was a best-price 16-1 with Betfred on Thursday morning but the same firm go half that price now.

At Taunton there's been some shrewd money for Umustbejoking, who has halved in price to a general 10-1 for the mares' handicap hurdle at 3.55.
