Gallorini, one of the great characters in French racing, landed a hat-trick at Auteuil having also saddled Princesse Kap (Jonathan Nattiez) to victory in the Group 3 Prix Morgex and the same jockey was on board when Gallorini picked up the Prix Jean Laumain handicap with Nom de d'La.
Gallorini said after winning the Georges Courtois for the sixth time this century. "I tried him with cheekpieces at Enghien but it didn't do the trick. You learn a little something every race and today we waited with him."
Quarouso was winning for the first time since picking up the same race a year ago.
Philip Carberry and Francois Cottin landed the Listed Prix Fifrelet handicap with Victoire des Borde in a tight finish.
However Carberry faces a spell on the sidelines after breaking a collarbone in a later fall from Super De Sivola.
