SHOT FROM THE HIP, not declared for the Ryanair Novice Chase on Wednesday morning, is among the final field set to go to post for the Punchestown Grade 1, which was abandoned on Thursday and rescheduled for Friday.
Shot From The Hip was the only new declaration as Nearest The Pin, declared the previous morning, was withdrawn. He will face Aintree hero Menorah and Gigginstown House Stud's First Lieutenant.
The featured Rabobank Champion Hurdle has attracted five entries, four trained by champion Willie Mullins in Hurricane Fly, Thousand Stars, Zaidpour and Quevega, although the last-named is running in the Ladbrokes World Series Hurdle on Thursday.
The Real Article completes the line-up and the remaining Grade 1 on the truncated card, the Cathal Ryan Memorial Champion Novice Hurdle, has attracted eight runners.
Mullins relies on Felix Yonger in that contest with British raider Colour Squadron among his rivals.
