The tracks faced inspections on Monday morning, but officials were satisfied with conditions.
The going is heavy at both courses, as it is at Uttoxeter which also passed a morning inspection.
Trained by Charles Byrnes, six-time Grade 1 winner Solwhit has not raced since January of last year.
He faces six in the Follow Punchestown on Facebook Hurdle over 2m4f.
"I'm looking forward to having Solwhit back on the track," said Byrnes.
"He will obviously come on plenty for the run. He's as fit as I can get him at home, but due to weather conditions he hasn't had a racecourse gallop."
