WITH the track under a light covering of snow and frozen in places, Plumpton has called an inspection at 8am on Sunday for Monday's meeting.
Clerk of the course Mark Cornford said: "We are currently frozen in places and the cold temperatures are lingering. We are not set to get that high for the next few days which will make the snow and frost difficult to shift.
"At the moment I need help, but there is some hope in the forecast, from Sunday the weather is meant to break and we are forecast 6C. Obviously I will re-assess things on Sunday morning, but at the moment I am hopeful."
