Select field of six set to clash in Prix du Moulin

PACO BOY and Rio de la Plata are among four Group 1 winners who will clash in Sunday's Prix du Moulin de Longchamp.

The 1m Group 1 event has attracted a field of six in which Queen Anne Stakes (2009) and Lockinge Stakes winner Paco Boy and Rio de la Plata - winnerof the 2007 Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere - will face four French-trained runners headed by Prix du Jockey Club victor Lope de Vega.

Paco Boy ran third to Makfi - who misses the Moulin - and Goldikova in the Prix Jacques le Marois at Deauville in which Fuisse, who reopposes on Sunday, was six lengths further back in fourth place.

The Aga Khan's Siyouni, winner of the Lagardere last October is also in the field. Last time out he was a four-lengths second to Dick Turpin in the Prix Jean Prat at Chantilly in July when Lope de Vega finished last of the eight runners.

Via Medici, who won the Group 3 Prix de Lieurey at Deauville, completes the field.

Brian Meehan has supplemented The Long Game into the Prix La Rochette on the same card. The colt ran fourth to Libranno in the Tanqueray Richmond Stakes at Goodwood.

There were six declared runners for the 7f juvenile event including the Tom Dascombe-trained Hung Parliament who won the Listed Prix Francois Boutin at Deauville last month.
