Geraghty should be fit to ride at Leopardstown

BARRY GERAGHTY missed his two rides at Naas after taking a fall riding out on Saturday morning but expects to be fit for Leopardstown's Hennessy Gold Cup meeting on Sunday.

Geraghty, whose intended mounts on Sunday include Captain Conan in the Deloitte Novice Hurdle and Roberto Goldback in the Hennessy Gold Cup, said: "I got a fall this morning riding out and banged my elbow but I'll be grand forLeopardstown tomorrow."

Andrew Lynch replaces Geraghty on Slieveardagh in the BBA Ireland Opera Hat Novice Chase at Naas, while Andrew McNamara takes the mount on probable favourite Shinrock Paddy in the Tote Trifecta Rollover Beginners' Chase.
