The unbeaten hurdler, who last month was snapped up by leading owner JP McManus for an undisclosed sum, will be kept fresh for the festival curtain-raiser after connections opted against running in Saturday's Deloitte Novice Hurdle at Leopardstown.
"I couldn't be happier with him," Harrington told the Racing & Football Outlook in her stable tour.
Although Jezki has done all his winning this season on soft ground, Harrington expects the Grade 1 Future Champions Novice Hurdle winner to improve granted faster conditions.
"Leopardstown was his most impressive performance by far as that was on very soft ground and he is much better on better going," she added. "It's next stop Cheltenham for him and the opening Supreme Novices' Hurdle."
Jezki is a best-priced 7-2 with the sponsors for the opening Grade 1 of the Festival, with Un Atout (7-1) and River Maigue (9-1) the only other two runners currently trading at a single-figure price.
