Samitar, bought by Wall Street trader Martin Schwartz before her Classic success, travelled nicely for Ramon Dominguez at the head of the main body of the field as outsider Elusive Rumour and Medolina cut out a hot pace ten lengths clear.
Samitar looked a major danger as that pair faded on the far turn but she could match the closing thrust of 11-4 chance Centre Court, driven between horses midstretch to complete a hat-trick in the $200,000 event.
In a photo for second a neck behind the winner, Darley filly Better Lucky just got the better of Samitar, who now joins Schwartz's US trained Chad Brown to continue her career in the States.
Breeders' Cup winner Stephanie's Kitten was a beaten favourite back in fourth after racing in last place for much of the trip.
