MIKE DE KOCK bids to continue his Summer Cup dominance - he has won it nine times including half the last 12 runnings - by sending out seven of the 20 runners.
These are headed by the first three in the market: Hamdan Al Maktoum's unbeaten Mujaarib (Glen Hatt), Silver Flyer (Kevin Shea) and Vettel (Anton Marcus).
De Kock said: "Mujaarib is on the up. He doesn't win by far but he makes sure he puts his head down. There is no doubt in my mind that both he and Silver Flyer, who has come through his prep well, will get the trip. Vettel has come on and is as well as I've ever seen him."
The race has a habit of producing surprise results and the last three winners have all started at 15-1 or more. Ilha Bela (Anthony Delpech) is 15-1 and De Kock said: "She has been dropped 4lb for two runs when she wasn't ready so the handicapper has done me a favour which doesn't happen often."
