Lingfield gets green light after passing inspection
LINGFIELD will race on Friday after the track passed an inspection at 6.30am.
Clerk of the course Neil Mackenzie Ross said: "The temperatures were nowhere near as extreme as they have been and we had a snow free night."
A lack of ambulances caused Thursday's meeting to be abandoned, but that should not be a problem and Mackenzie Ross added: "Our ususal providers are on a state of emergency and aren't coming but we have replacement cover."
