Sent off at 8-13, Tom Scuadmore never had cause for concern on the six-year-old, stretching clear to defeat Hadrian's Approach by nine lengths.
Bookmakers were suitably impressed, cutting Dynaste to a general 5-2 chance (from 5) for the Cheltenham Festival race, and credible challengers appear thin on the ground following his latest success.
Scuadmore settled Dynaste at the rear of the field, but with only a steady gallop being set, he moved up the inner before the end of the first circuit to travel just behind the leaders.
Effective and economical in his jumping, Dynaste secured the race turning for home. Following a big leap at four out, the favourite stretched clear at the top of the straight, eventually winning by nine lengths. Hadrian's Approach (12-1) was best of the rest in second.
Winning trainer Pipe said: "Cheltenham hopefully here we come. We'll have a sit down with his owners and see. He might have one more run before Cheltenham and as I've said before I am sure he will be entered for both the two-and-a-half and three mile races at Cheltenham, we'll see closer to the time.
"I don't get too excited too often but to have a horse like this is brilliant."
