Japan: Tom Queally completed his first ever one-month stint in Japan inthe best possible fashion when riding a double at Kyoto on Saturday for trainer Yasutoshi Ikee.
In January, Frankel's jockey was granted a one month licence by the Japan Racing Association which concluded on Sunday.
After scoring on debutant Win Saga in a maiden, Queally went landed a Listed contest on Tosen Reve who is a Deep Impact
half-brother to recent Japan Cup winner Buena Vista.
Queally said: "It was a good experience and I was made to feel extremely welcome by the Japanese people and it was fantastic to end my stay on such a high note."
The jockey hopes to resume riding out for Sir Henry Cecil on Tuesday morning and to return to domestic raceriding later in the week.
