Jackpot punters on hunt for winners at Carlisle

WITH the Tote Jackpot predicted to reach £500,000 this afternoon at Carlisle, punters have been scouring the card hoping to pick six winners that could give them a huge payout.

In the opening leg at 2.15, the Michael Dods-trained Beltor has been supported into 4-1 from 13-2, while in the 3.15 there has been a move for Soul Instinct, a winner at the course last time out.

Originally 11-2, the Kevin Ryan-trained juvenile is now 7-2. The final leg is at 4.45, and there has been some money for the Mark Johnston-trained Birdy Boy.

Although yet to score on turf, with two all-weather wins to his name, the three-year-old is as short as 6-1 (from 8).
