LADDIES POKER TWO, who was a general 12-1 chance for the Breeders' Cup Sprint, will not be making the trip stateside, as trainer Jeremy Noseda revealed that the five-year-old will be put away for the season.
Winner of theWokingham at Royal Ascot on her only start this season, Laddies Poker Two had suffered a problem in July, and Noseda will look to target another big race at Royal Ascot next season.
Quoted on his website, the trainer said: "She suffered a set-back in mid July and although she was back in full work we ran out of time for the Breeders' Cup.
"There would have been no point sending her there unless she was spot-on and had got fully acquainted with a tight left-handed bend.
"I would hope that she will be back next year for a tilt at one of the big sprints at Royal Ascot."
