HEREFORD are set to inspect on Friday at 8.30am with Sunday's meeting at risk of cancellation due to a frozen racecourse.
The track was mainly frozen on Thursday morning with snow forecast for overnight into Friday.
Clerk of the course Keith Ottesen said: "We're looking at three to four inches of snow tonight and -2C or -3C tomorrow morning.
"Then -6C to -8C into Sunday morning, and -3C max on Saturday. And all of that is on top of already frozen ground.
"We'd need some sort of drastic change [to race]."
