HAYLEY TURNER, the most successful female jockey in British racing history, is joining the Racing Post as a columnist.
The Group 1-winning jockey, one of Flat racing's most popular figures, will be writing in the paper every Monday throughout the season.
"I'm very excited to be joining Britain and Ireland's best racing newspaper, the Racing Post, as a columnist for the 2012 Flat season and can't wait to get started," Turner said.
"I hope I can share a unique insight into the world of racing in what is going to be a big season for me and the sport. I'll be talking about the horses I ride, the tracks I ride at and sharing gossip from racing's HQ - Newmarket.
"I'll also be tackling the big issues facing racing and giving readers a glimpse into my busy life away from the racecourse. It's going to be an exciting summer."
