GITANO HERNANDO, unsighted since finishing sixth in the Emirates Airline Dubai World Cup at Meydan on March 27, will face six runners in Friday's Diamond Stakes at Dundalk.
Trained by Marco Botti, the four-year-old is joined by fellow British raider Dansant, from the Gerard Butler yard, along with the Aidan O'Brien-trained Beethoven and the John Oxx-trained Swing Pattern.
The most notable of those missing from the final seven was Totesport Ebor hero Dirar.
The Diamond Stakes, a €60,000 Group 3 over 1m2½f, earns its winner a guaranteed berth in the $500,000 Marathon at Churchill Downs on November 5.
