Lightening Pearl: 20-1 shot with William Hill and bet365 for 1,000 Guineas

TRAINER Ger Lyons has confirmed his Cheveley Park Stakes winner Lightening Pearl on course to make her reappearance in the Qipco 1,000 Guineas at Newmarket on May 6.
The daughter of Marju credited Lyons with his first Group 1 success when winning at Newmarket in September.
"I'm a lot happier with Lightening Pearl than I was two weeks ago," the trainer said on Saturday.
"Her coat is coming slowly but surely and she worked as well as I wanted her to when we took her to Leopardstown last weekend.
"Everything has been geared towards having her right for the Guineas and once we are happy with her nearer the time she willrun."
Lightening Pearl is available at 20-1 with William Hill and bet365 for the 1,000 Guineas.
