Kissed needs 'ease in ground' for Oaks

AIDAN O'BRIEN has declared his six fillies for Friday's Investec Oaks at Epsom, but warned Kissed - a general 6-1 chance - will run only if there is ease in the ground.

There were no withdrawals from the Oaks at Wednesday's declaration stage so 14 go to post with The Fugue and Vow looking most likely to stop O'Brien adding to the 2,000 and 1,000 Guineas he won at Newmarket this month.

However, his challenge will be reduced if the unbeaten Kissed does not run.

A tweet from @aobballydoyle read: "We will declare all 6 fillies to run in the Oaks on Friday but Kissed will only run if there is an ease in the ground."

Mickael Barzalona, who famously won last year's Derby on Pour Moi, rides Kailani for Godolphin.
