TRAINER Ed Dunlop has said there is a "good chance" that dual Oaks heroine Snow Fairy will line up in the Ladbrokes St Leger on September 11.
Snow Fairy is as short as 5-1 with the sponsors for the final Classic of the season and Dunlop has previously stated that ground conditions will determine if Cristina Patino's daughter of Intikhab will run at Doncaster or travel to Longchamp instead for the Prix Vermeille on September 12.
Although the going is still likely to influence Dunlop, forecasted dry weather has led the trainer to focus his attention on the St Leger.
Quoted on his website, Dunlop said: ''The weather will ultimately make our minds up for us, but they are not talking about any rain up there [Doncaster] for at least the next week. There is a good chance that Snow Fairy will be at Doncaster.
"What happens up above from the start of the meeting will probably determine whether we run but the filly has come out of York very well."
Ed Dunlop: pleased with forecast

Moore, who is expected to return from a wrist injury this week, missed her recent second in the Darley Yorkshire Oaks due to the injury.
"If we do give the green light then our next job is to sort out a jockey," Dunlop added. "I would love to have Ryan Moore, who rode her at Epsom and the Curragh, but we will have to see whether he returns from injury and if he is available. If not, then I am sure we will get a few offers."
Dunlop also confirmed that Musharakaat, a late absentee from Saturday's Chichester Observer Prestige Stakes at Goodwood due to soft ground, is also being prepared for the St Leger meeting. Quick ground will see her contest the Doncaster-racecourse.co.uk May Hill Stakes on September 10.
