THE Paul Webber-trained Time For Rupert has been withdrawn from Thursday's BGC Partners Liverpool Hurdle at Aintree after scoping dirty.
The six-year-old finished second to Big Buck's in the World Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival last month but will not now face a rematch with the Paul Nicholls-trained seven-year-old, who heads the eight runners remaining in the Grade 1.
Time For Rupert has good form at Aintree, having and won the Listed Totepool Handicap Hurdle at last year's Grand National meeting.
He is also entered for the Ladbrokes.com World Series Hurdle at Punchestown on April 22.
