His team, captained by Japanese legend Yutake Take, scored 89 points compared to 55 for the Frankie Dettori-led Europeans.
Hayley Turner steered the all-girls team to finish third on 54 points, eight ahead of Kieren Fallon, Johnny Murtagh and James Doyle, who represented GB and Ireland.
Chadwick, champion apprentice in Hong Kong in 2008-09, finished second in the first three races and sealed his place at the top of the standings with victory on Mince in the Sprint.
Turner was second despite not winning a race and Cristian Demuro (Europe) finished third.
American Aaron Gryder, who won the Dubai World Cup on Well Armed in 2009, was the third member of the Rest of the World line-up and he chipped in with 20 points, which included victory in the Challenge on Viking Storm.
Chadwick, who came over to Britain to ride for Charlie Hills last month, said after Mince's victory: "I am delighted to win the Silver Saddle - this a once-in-a-lifetime moment.
"It is great to get a winner finally, she just jumped out and travelled nicely and was very comfortable. With two furlongs to go, I knew I wasn't going to get beaten."

"I have another week here in the UK and then I have to go back and prepare for our season but hopefully I can come back for another go," he added. "I would love to ride here again."
Take, rider of the brilliant Deep Impact, was fourth in the race for the Silver Saddle after scoring in the first four races.
He said: "I am very happy. With it being the year of the Olympics, we were aiming for gold.
"I was pleased with how I got on today - I did not have any winners myself but my teammates both won.
"I love coming to Ascot and the Shergar Cup and, if possible, it would be great to return next year."
