TOM SCUDAMORE will have topasss the doctor on Wednesday morning after injuring his shoulder in the William Hill Trophy Handicap Chase.
Scudamore sustained the injury when Knowhere fell at the seventh fence. His mount emerged relatively unscathed from the incident but the jockey was stood down for the remainder of the afternoon.
The rider will be hoping there are no problems as he is due to partner Hunterview and Mamlook for his boss David Pipe in the Fred Winter Juvenile Novices' Hurdle and the Coral Cup respectively, along with the Rebecca Curtis-trained Gus Macrae in the Neptune Investment Management Novices' Hurdle.
