Alan King: two for the Coral Cup
PICTURE: Edward WhitakerHe will now head to the Cheltenham Festival in March for the Coral Cup and is likely to be joined in the race by stablemate Saticon, who finished fourth in the same race on Saturday.
Quoted on his website, King said: "He deserved that and it was a case of third time lucky. He was in front and going well in the void race here in December, and then he came back last week, only for the meeting to be abandoned because of frost.
"He is a typical Sir Harry Lewis in that he is not easy and can be a bit hot. I was worried two out, but Christian got a great run out of him and got him there in time.
"I was also pleased with Saticon, who seemed to benefit from the step up in trip. He would probably have preferred even better ground, but both him andHarry will now be aimed at the Coral Cup."
