Turner and Callaghan team up for Rome win

REPORT: ITALY Sunday

Capannelle

MRS KIPLING gave Simon Callaghan his first winner abroad with a game success in the Listed Premio Divino Amore Tattersalls over 5f on Sunday.

Hayley Turner always had the filly close up on the outside and took over more than two furlongs from home.

Lan Force came out of the pack below the distance to provide a strong challenge but Mrs Kipling kept going to hold her by a neck.

The daughter of Exceed and Excel, who earned L14,706, was running for the first time since finishing last of eight behind Please Sing in the Group 2 Irish Thoroughbred Marketing Cherry Hinton Stakes at Newmarket on July 9.
