The Curragh trainer sent out Vintage Crop to win Australia's biggest race in 1993 before Media Puzzle scored six-years ago and he said on Sunday: "No definite decision has been made yet about her going to Australia.
"I'm going to give it a lot more thought and should have another update probably on Tuesday. She'll probably go into quarantine that day but there is still no guarantee she'll go."
The four-year-old daughter of Danehill is a 16-1 chance with Boylesports and Stan James for the Melbourne Cup having won two of her six starts this season and most recently finished third, beaten four lengths by Mores Wells, in the Group 3 Ballyroan Stakes at Leopardstown last month.
