Black Caviar to face eight in Lightning Stakes

Australia: Sprinting sensation Black Caviar will face eight rivals when she bids for her 19th consecutive victory in Saturday's Group 1 Coolmore Lightning Stakes at Flemington.

Trained by Peter Moody, Black Caviar was an easy winner of the Lightning Stakes 12 months ago and warmed up for the race by strolling home in the CF Orr Stakes on her first start over 7f on Saturday.

Hay List, second to Black Caviar three times last year,is set to be among her rivals on his first start since May.
