Bonne Idee, who will be ridden by Ted Durcan, receives weight from all her rivals as both the only three-year-old and filly among the 12 declared.
Charpy said: "She is a nice filly with some decent form in France. We decided to start her here on the turf and she has been working nicely. We had a winner on Thursday and hopefully Bonne Idee can run well."
Mubarak Bin Shafya, in double form at Meydan on Friday, saddles Blue Tiger's Eye.
Bin Shafya's stable jockey Pat Cosgrave takes the ride and said: "The horses are running well and he is a nice new horse to the yard. He has been off a long time so may need the run but should at least be competitive."
Dherghaam will be ridden by Richard Hills for Doug Watson who said: "This is a good opportunity to get him on the turf and hopefully he can go well."
Dhruba Selvaratnam saddles Parvaaz, who has struggled on the Jebel Ali dirt after a promising local debut onTapeta at Meydan. He won half of his six turf starts in Britain and should be a big danger under James Doyle.
Musabah Al Muhairi runs two with stable jockey Wayne Smith choosing Celtic King over Always Emirates. Now a nine-year-old, Smith's mount will be having his 35th career start but first on turf.
Jose Adan is another to consider under Richard Mullen for Satish Seemar, who was also in double form on Friday.
