THE £8,000 Millennium Stand Bookmakers Golden Sprint Final at Romford was won in determined style by Blonde Snapper (3-1).
Mark Wallis's talent, who now heads to the Derby, which starts on Friday, took advantage of a dream run around the first two bends and eventually get the better of Fancy Socks to lead close home in a time of 23.89sec.
The Tony Williams Dual Distance Trophy Final at 9.06 saw success for Paul Young but not with the runner that most punters expected.

In the first eliminator Chris Allsopp's Smart Bid (4-6F) banged out and made all to beat the staying on Be Real by 3/4L in 25.60sec.
Pat Rosney's Newinn Rocket (4-7F) also justified the confidence when taking the second semi-final by a much easier five lengths (Glenadda Magic finished second) and recording a slightly faster time of 25.58sec.
The third heat then saw Malcolm Daniels' Farneys Mark (6-1) finish well to beat Isheforreal by 1 1/4L in a time of 25.69sec.
