MILL HERCULES was an emphatic winner of the Stadium Bookmakers Sprint Trophy final at Nottingham on Monday night.

A fast start paved the way to success for Sean Davy's Rince Cosmo who took the third in 30.30sec while Charlie Lister's Killieford Deal impressed when scoring by a shade over five lengths in 30.23sec.

Earlier on the programme were two heats of a Betfred Maiden Standard Trophy (500m) competition (final next Monday) the first of which was won by Alex Grewcock's Ballymac Boy (7-4), who enjoyed a dream run up the rail to record 30.65sec.
Anticipated favourite Express Dancer was a non-runner for heat two which led to Homestead Call being sent off an odds-on jolly and Paula Timmins' charge duly made all in a time of 30.43sec.
