Friday's heats in the Derby second round

Due to a guarding objection, the partially made draw for the Derby second round was stopped today and had to be restarted.

Irish handler Pat Buckley spotted that Faypoint Man and Beaming Dilemma - both now in the ownership of Keith Allsopp in the Irish Stud Book - had appeared together.

It was decided under the rules that a completely fresh draw should be made.

It resumed at 1.30pm and is now complete.
