is double whammy
SO far Racing Post Poker has sent a tournament winner to the Arc in Paris and is just about to send another to Santa Anita to watch the Breeders' Cup - this week there is a Jumps flavour to our big Saturday tournament.

PICTURE: Racing Post PokerI've described the event as a double whammy elsewhere on this site. Firstly who wouldn't want to play for free in a tournament for a chance to win a share of $1,000? But there is more . . . because the first 300 new members will also win a free entry into the new season's Tote Ten To Follow competition (see terms and conditions below).
Saturday's tournament (October 31) starts at 7.30pm and importantly it is totally exclusive to Racing Post Poker users. You'll find no affiliate poker players in the event and I think that's rather nice. In our 'exclusive' events it has become apparent that regular users pop up quite a bit - 'racing talk' appears within the chat boxes and signs are that the racing community is active on Racing Post Poker's virtual baize.
Pleasant though it is to organise a live game home if we are honest it is also a logistical headache. Established, regular events aside - these things invariably fall through. My suggestion this weekend is to encourage a few friends to sign up to Racing Post Poker's free $1,000 Ten To Follow tournament and vie for a decent win fund.
Don't forget new members who play in the event will get that free Ten To Follow entry as a handy bonus as well.

Terms and conditions
1. All Racing Post Poker Terms and conditions apply.
2. This Freeroll tournament is restricted to the first 300 entrants
3. Tournament prizes are not refundable or saleable and there are no deals.
4. Free entry (refund) to Ten to Follow is restricted tonew Racing Post Poker registrations from 07.00 GMT, October 26 to 20.00 GMT, October 31 ,2009 only.
5. To be eligible for the Ten to Follow free entry refund you must register with Ten to Follow under standard Ten to Follow Terms andConditions.
6. Ten to Follow entries must be placed by 12.00 GMT on November 13, 2009.
7. New registrations must register and play in the Freeroll tournament on 31st October to qualify for the free entry.
8. Free refund is capped to first 400 new registrations only.
9. Free entry is restricted to one entry per new poker registrations.
10. Ten to Follow entries must be placed online.
11. Free entry to Ten to Follow means that entry fees will be refunded by cheque by RacingPost (centurycomm).
12. Free entry refund cheques will be posted by November 20, 2009.
